I want to extend a belated thank you to your staff for the great job you did for us on creating 13 special awards for Northrop Grumman Business Management high achievers. The awards were beautiful and much appreciated by the recipients. And I very much appreciated the communication, persistence, and patience that Sally displayed in working with us as our deadline neared. She kept us on track and worked with us right up to the deadline to insure we had everything we needed on time.
First of all I just wanted to thank you for all your help in getting our order processed properly and in a timely manner.
In speaking this morning the hats were shipped and scheduled to arrive on Tuesday August 3rd as requested. Little did I know that my Director of Marketing is leaving for Greece on August 4th, so there was no way to have the product shipped to his doorstep.
