First of all I just wanted to thank you for all your help in getting our order processed properly and in a timely manner.
In speaking this morning the hats were shipped and scheduled to arrive on Tuesday August 3rd as requested. Little did I know that my Director of Marketing is leaving for Greece on August 4th, so there was no way to have the product shipped to his doorstep. To my surprise, and great relief the hats actually showed up today. Not only was I a hero to my Director of Marketing, but to my President as well. Vary rarely are deadlines met these days, but your organization made a commitment and was able to produce AHEAD of schedule. This only builds the confidence needed in knowing that your organization can be counted on. I greatly appreciate all your hard work and effort and look forward to doing business with you in the future.
